Jouw uitdaging

Binnen onze KMO-divisie brengen we payrollservices dichter bij de klant. Dit doen we dankzij onze regionale kantoren verspreid over heel België en onze gespecialiseerde aanpak voor de retail- en horecasector.

Al enkele jaren beschikt deze divisie over een gespecialiseerd team dat zich volledig richt op retail- en horecaklanten. Hierdoor kunnen we hen nog beter ondersteunen met advies op maat.

Als Payroll Consultant Retail & Horeca maak je deel uit van een team van experts dat klanten dagelijks ondersteunt met payroll- en HR-vraagstukken. Dankzij een persoonlijke aanpak bouw je sterke relaties op met je klanten, zowel telefonisch als tijdens regelmatige klantbezoeken.

Je bent hun betrouwbare HR-partner en eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle payroll- en sociaaljuridische vragen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van de loonberekening voor klanten binnen de horecasector.
  • Je luistert aandachtig naar de behoeften van de klant en analyseert de vraag tot in de kern.
  • Je verleent dagelijks professioneel en diepgaand advies.
  • Je zet jouw expertise in rond payroll, sociale wetgeving, HR-software en onze dienstverlening om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Je blijft jezelf continu ontwikkelen zodat je een betrouwbare adviseur blijft voor je klanten.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op gebaseerd op vertrouwen, integriteit en een klantgerichte aanpak.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Een eerste professionele ervaring heeft binnen HR en payroll.
  • Een uitgesproken interesse heeft in personeelsbeleid, beloning, payroll en sociale wetgeving.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden bezit.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief durft te nemen.
  • Leergierig, commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht is.
  • Met een gezonde dosis humor, energie en flair wil bijdragen aan het team.
  • Affiniteit heeft met de retail- en/of horecasector.
  • HR-materie kan vertalen naar concrete oplossingen voor klanten.
  • Graag analytische en technische uitdagingen aangaat.
  • Minimaal beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
