Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

· Het begeleiden, adviseren van de klant over payroll, personeelsadministratie en sociale wetgeving, en het gebruik van payrollpakketten.

· In nauwe samenwerking met de klant: het opvolgen, berekenen en controleren van de lonen van je klanten. Het onderhouden van een vertrouwensrelatie met de klant(en).

· Het up-to-date houden van kennis en ervaring op het gebied van payroll en personeelsadministratie, evenals van verschillende systemen.

· Als SPOC (single point of contact) voor de klant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met ondersteunende diensten van SD Worx.

· Het zoeken naar inefficiënte processen, het voorstellen van optimalisaties en het uitwerken ervan, mogelijk onder begeleiding van een payrollconsultant.

· Het delen van best practices binnen de verschillende teams.

· Klantbezoeken ter kennismaking of om bepaalde grotere processen te bespreken.

Wat heb jij te bieden?

· Bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma.

· Een sterke interesse in personeelsbeleid in het algemeen en verloning, payroll en sociale wetgeving in het bijzonder.

· Een passie voor KMO's en je kan HR-materie eenvoudig vertalen naar de praktijk voor je klanten.

· Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en veel telefoneren schrikt je niet af.

· Voeling met de wereld van onze ondernemers.

· Je bent leergierig, sterk klantgericht en werkt nauwgezet.

· Je draagt bij aan onze teamspirit met een gezonde dosis humor en flair.

· Je kan je 3 dagen per week vlot verplaatsen naar ons kantoor te Geel en Turnhout.
