  • Driving continuous practice improvement by helping teams regularly inspect and adapt their processes, behaviors, and delivery patterns.
  • Strengthening team dynamics by fostering open communication, constructive conflict, and healthy collaboration.
  • Building and maintaining psychological safety, enabling team members to speak up, experiment, challenge assumptions, and take ownership.
  • Coaching individuals and teams on self management, collaboration skills, delivery habits, and continuous improvement mindsets.
  • Supporting clearer goals, priorities, and shared understanding within and across teams.

Result Areas: Your impact is visible through the following outcomes:

  • Effective and Sustainable Delivery Flow – smoother value delivery with improved predictability.
  • Strong Team Dynamics & Psychological Safety – teams that collaborate openly, learn, and improve together.
  • Product OS–Aligned Ways of Working – consistent, transparent, and scalable delivery practices.
  • Continuous Practice Improvement – teams that actively inspect, adapt, and evolve.
  • Cross Team Collaboration & Coordination – improved alignment across squads and stakeholders.
  • Clear Goals & Shared Understanding – focus on what matters most and why.
  • Flow Based Delivery Improvements – measurable gains in cycle time, focus, and throughput.
  • Outcome Driven Product Thinking – stronger linkage between work, value, and customer outcomes.
  • Healthy Communication Patterns – constructive feedback, trust, and accountability.

Job Requirements:

Technical & Professional Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in agility across multiple frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow based delivery, with the ability to adapt practices to team maturity and context.
  • Strong understanding of flow metrics (e.g. cycle time, WIP, predictability) and the ability to coach teams in using data to improve delivery.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement and change, supporting teams and stakeholders through new practices and behaviors.
  • Solid understanding of modern product development, including discovery, value hypotheses, and outcome driven prioritization.
  • Awareness of engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering principles.
  • Interest in emerging practices and AI assisted ways of working. Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent coach of self managing, autonomous teams, fostering ownership and accountability.
  • Skilled facilitator who enables alignment, decision making, and constructive conflict resolution.
  • Strong communicator able to influence, challenge, and support teams and leaders at different levels.
  • High emotional intelligence with a strong focus on psychological safety and team health.
  • Systems thinker who connects team behavior and delivery patterns to broader organizational flow and goals.
  • Continuous learner with a growth mindset and curiosity for improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
