Om het commerciële BeNeLux-team te versterken, zoekt onze klant een ervaren Senior Key Account Manager met een achtergrond in FMCG / Retail.

Wie zoeken we?

Jouw profiel

Vereiste ervaring: minimaal 4 tot 5 jaar ervaring in Key Account Management, of in een vergelijkbare commerciële functie, binnen een FMCG- of consumer goods-omgeving. Ervaring met onderhandelingen met de grootdistributie is een grote troef.Talen: drietaligheid Nederlands – Frans – Engels vereist. Je beheerst de drie talen vlot, mondeling en schriftelijk, in een professionele context.Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Business, Marketing of een gelijkwaardige richting.Goed inzicht in marktdynamiek, klanten en sectortrends.Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden; goede kennis van MS Office, BI-tools en digitale platformen.Sterke communicatie-, presentatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.Georganiseerd, proactief en resultaatgericht, met een hands-on mentaliteit.Teamspeler die vlot transversaal samenwerkt met Sales en andere afdelingen.

Jouw taken

Beheer van key accounts: je bouwt duurzame relaties op met de grote retailklanten. Je begrijpt hun uitdagingen, speelt proactief in op hun behoeften en lost problemen snel op.Commerciële strategie: je draagt bij aan de uitwerking en uitvoering van de verkoopstrategie voor jouw klantenportefeuille, met focus op de kernassortimenten (schoonmaakmateriaal, dweilen, doeken en aanverwante oplossingen).Rendabiliteit en partnerschappen: je analyseert de rendabiliteit van je klanten en spoort opportuniteiten op om de aanwezigheid en het schapaandeel te vergroten.Jaarlijkse onderhandelingen: je onderhandelt en beheert de jaarakkoorden, budgetten, het assortiment en de distributie, met als doel een optimale beschikbaarheid en zichtbaarheid in de winkel.Promotieplan: je ontwerpt, implementeert en volgt het jaarlijkse promoplan op, in lijn met de merkrichtlijnen en de commerciële doelstellingen.Forecasting en samenwerking: je maakt betrouwbare prognoses en werkt nauw samen met marketing, supply chain en customer service.Marktopvolging en analyse: je volgt de FMCG- en retailmarkt op, analyseert marktgegevens en interne KPI’s (prestaties, categorietrends) en identificeert zowel groeikansen als bedreigingen.Interne rapportering: je verzorgt interne presentaties en levert de nodige analyses aan andere afdelingen.
