Job Description: Senior Key Account Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location : Riyadh

Nationality: Saudi

About the Role

Responsible for driving business growth, the Account Manager manages client accounts, identifies

and engages potential clients, and leads them through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal

closure. In addition to acquiring new clients, they focus on client retention by building strong, lasting

relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. By identifying upselling

opportunities and balancing both acquisition and retention, the Account Manager plays a key role in

fostering client loyalty and ensuring long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

● Achieve annual sales target of 8,000,000 SR.

● Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

● Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.

● Oversee the bid process, including preparing RFP responses, coordinating resources, and

ensuring compliance with client requirements.

● Lead presales activities, including creating the need, proposal development, and product

demonstrations.

● Ensure successful implementation and customer onboarding, acting as a liaison between

clients and internal teams.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

● Client retention.

● Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns aimed at client

engagement and retention.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point

of contact

Required Qualifications

Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Marketing, or a related field .

● +8 years of experience in business administration or project management software.

● Fluent in spoken and written English.

Technical Skills:

● Strong negotiation skills

● Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and solving problems

● Sales & communication tools.

● Proficient in all Microsoft applications
