Descrição das Atividades:

  • Solucionar problemas remota e fisicamente por meio de técnicas de diagnóstico e perguntas pertinentes;
  • Registro e encerramento de chamados;
  • Identificar e analisar problemas de hardware, software, rede e outros sistemas, buscando soluções rápidas e eficientes.
  • Orientar os usuários na utilização de softwares, equipamentos e sistemas, oferecendo suporte técnico e treinamento quando necessário.
  • Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos e sistemas, garantindo o bom funcionamento e prolongando a vida útil.
  • Configurar equipamentos, softwares e sistemas, adaptando-os às necessidades dos usuários e da empresa.
  • Colaborar com outros membros da equipe de TI, compartilhando conhecimentos e experiências para oferecer um suporte de qualidade.

Habilidades e requisitos:

  • Sólidos conhecimentos em hardware, software, redes, sistemas operacionais e SAP;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita para atender e orientar os usuários, além de saber trabalhar em equipe.
  • Agilidade para diagnosticar e solucionar problemas, buscando soluções criativas e eficientes.
  • Manter a organização do trabalho, documentando os problemas e soluções, além de priorizar as tarefas.
  • Buscar constantemente aprimoramento técnico e propor soluções para melhorar o suporte oferecido.

Formação Acadêmica:

  • Sistema da Informação / Ciência da Computação / Redes de Computadores
