Bauüberwacher Tunnelbau (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Als verantwortliche Persönlichkeit auf der Baustelle übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung anspruchsvoller Tunnelbauprojekte.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Örtliche Bauüberwachung und Objektbetreuung komplexer Tunnelbauprojekte
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Prüfung, Dokumentation und Abnahme von Bauleistungen
  • Durchführung der Bauabrechnung
  • Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Vorbereitung und Leitung von Bau- und Projektbesprechungen
  • Steuerung und Koordination aller fachlich beteiligten Projektpartner
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und Sicherheitsanforderungen
  • Unterstützung des Projektmanagements während sämtlicher Bauphasen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauüberwachung von Tunnelbauprojekten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Schildvortrieb, idealerweise im Hydroschild-Verfahren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit AVA-Systemen, MS Project, digitalen Bautagebüchern und Planlaufmanagement-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten technischen Regelwerke und Richtlinien (u. a. VIB, ZTV-Ing.)
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams
