Für den weiteren Ausbau des Teams in Hamburg suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als

Bauüberwacher:in (m/w/d) Tunnelbau

Du kennst Tunnelbau nicht nur aus Plänen, sondern aus der Praxis? Du behältst bei komplexen Bauvorhaben Qualität, Termine, Kosten und Beteiligte gleichermaßen im Blick?

Dann wartet hier eine Aufgabe mit Verantwortung, technischer Tiefe und langfristiger Perspektive auf dich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Örtliche Bauüberwachung und Objektbetreuung anspruchsvoller Tunnelbauprojekte
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Abnahmen
  • Verantwortung für Bauabrechnung sowie Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Leitung von Bau- und Projektbesprechungen
  • Koordination der am Projekt beteiligten Fachdisziplinen und Ansprechpartner
  • Eigenständige Steuerung deiner Projekte im Rahmen der Bauüberwachung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauüberwachung von Tunnelbauprojekten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Schildvortrieb, idealerweise mit Hydroschild
  • Sicherer Umgang mit relevanter Software, insbesondere in den Bereichen AVA, MS Project, digitales Bautagebuch und Planlaufmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse einschlägiger Normen, Regelwerke und Richtlinien, unter anderem VIB und ZTV-ING
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Zusammenarbeit und professioneller Kommunikation im Projektteam
