Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir dementsprechend eine*n

Kolonnenführer Tief- & Rohrleitungsbau (m/w/d)

am Standort Gütersloh.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination deiner Baukolonne.
  • Du organisierst den täglichen Bauablauf direkt auf der Baustelle.
  • Du steuerst Mitarbeitende, Maschinen, Material und Arbeitsabläufe effizient und praxisnah.
  • Du sorgst für die Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Du unterstützt die Bauleitung bei der Umsetzung der Projektvorgaben.
  • Du dokumentierst Baufortschritte und stellst eine saubere Qualitätssicherung sicher.
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson vor Ort und hältst dein Team fachlich wie organisatorisch zusammen.

Qualifikationen & Erfahrung:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Tiefbau, Rohrleitungsbau, Kanalbau oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Tief- und Rohrleitungsbau mit.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Kolonnen oder Baustellenteams gesammelt.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zielorientiert und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du bringst Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit mit.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, packst mit an und behältst auch auf anspruchsvollen Baustellen den Überblick.
  • Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist wünschenswert; weitere Führerscheinklassen sind von Vorteil.
