Bauleiter Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

für die Region Ulm bis Augsburg (Bayern)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung von Glasfaser- und Tiefbauprojekten
  • Koordination der eigenen Montageteams, Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Projektabwicklung
  • Kontrolle der geltenden Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Verkehrssicherungsvorgaben
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts sowie Vorbereitung von Aufmaßen und Abnahmen
  • Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Kommunen, Planungsbüros und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Frühzeitige Erkennung und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Störungen

Dein Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen, Tiefbau, Leitungsbau oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Glasfaser-, Telekommunikations- oder Tiefbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Baustellenorganisation und Koordination von Nachunternehmern
  • Kenntnisse der VOB sowie relevanter Sicherheitsvorschriften sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Führerschein der Klasse B
