Bei unserem Kunden handelt es sich um ein wachstumsstarkes Infrastrukturunternehmen, das als Teil einer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe anspruchsvolle Netzausbauprojekte in Deutschland realisiert. Der Fokus liegt auf zukunftsfähiger Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur, effizienten Bauprozessen und einer professionellen Steuerung komplexer Ausbauvorhaben. Für den weiteren Ausbau der Aktivitäten im Ruhrgebiet suchen wir eine verantwortungsstarke Persönlichkeit für die Bauleitung im Glasfaserausbau.

Zum weiteren Ausbau der regionalen Projektorganisation suchen wir dementsprechend eine*n

Bauleiter Glasfaserausbau (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Glasfaserprojekten im Raum Bochum
  • Steuerung mehrerer parallel laufender Baustellen unterschiedlicher Größe - von innerstädtischen Teilabschnitten bis zu großflächigen Clustern
  • Koordination von Tiefbaukolonnen, Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und internen Projektbeteiligten
  • Sicherstellung von Termin-, Qualitäts- und Budgetzielen
  • Überwachung der fachgerechten Ausführung von Trassenbau, Rohrverbänden, Hausanschlüssen und Oberflächenwiederherstellung
  • Abstimmung mit Kommunen, Versorgern, Straßenbaulastträgern und Anwohnenden
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen sowie Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
  • Prüfung von Aufmaßen, Bautagesberichten und Rechnungen
  • Früherkennung von Risiken auf der Baustelle und Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Bauabläufen und Projektstandards

Qualifikationen & Erfahrung:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker oder Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Infrastrukturmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Glasfaser-, Leitungs- oder Telekommunikationsausbau
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern, Behörden und Nachunternehmern
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Tiefbauumfeld sowie im Baustellen- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Organisationsstärke, Pragmatismus und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
