Für die Standorte Köln oder Dortmund suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Bauleiter Hoch- & Schlüsselfertigbau (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Leitung anspruchsvoller Hoch- und Schlüsselfertigbauprojekte
  • Betreuung abwechslungsreicher Neu- und Umbauprojekte
  • Objektüberwachung, Bauorganisation und Führung des Baustellenpersonals
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine, Abläufe und wirtschaftliche Projektziele
  • Koordination ausführender Unternehmen sowie sämtlicher Projektbeteiligter
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Behörden und Projektpartner
  • Überwachung der Ausführungsqualität und Sicherstellung des vereinbarten Bausolls
  • Nachtragserkennung und -aufbereitung sowie Rechnungsprüfung und Leistungsmeldung

Das bringst Du mit

  • Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare bautechnische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI, AHO und Kalkulation sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Ausschreibungs- und Terminplanungssoftware
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, engagierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
