Das Leistungsspektrum reicht vom Glasfaserausbau über die Planung, Realisierung und Inbetriebnahme moderner 5G-Mobilfunkstandorte bis hin zu Mobilfunktürmen und individuellen Infrastrukturprojekten.

Für den weiteren Ausbau des Rollout-Teams in den Regionen Süd-West und West suchen wir dich als

Bauleiter Mobilfunk (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Bauleitung von Mobilfunk-Baumaßnahmen, darunter Systemtechnik-Swaps, Richtfunk, Standorterweiterungen und Neubaumaßnahmen
  • Du nimmst an bautechnischen Begehungen teil und bewertest die Voraussetzungen vor Ort
  • Du erstellst Umsetzungskonzepte und Angebote und behältst standortspezifische Budgets im Blick
  • Du koordinierst alle beteiligten Gewerke und Projektpartner
  • Du nimmst an Kundenbesprechungen teil und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
  • Du führst Standortabnahmen durch und stellst die Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben sicher
  • Du löst technische und organisatorische Herausforderungen direkt auf der Baustelle
  • Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt und begleitest die Übergabe fertiggestellter Standorte

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker im Bau- oder Elektrobereich – alternativ vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Bau von Mobilfunkstandorten, Stahlbau oder Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Systemtechnik
  • Sicheres und souveränes Auftreten auf der Baustelle
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit und Baustellenorganisation
  • Höhentauglichkeit / G41
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der betreuten Region
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Strukturierte, qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
