Aufgrund einer sehr guten Auftragslage suchen wir für den Standort Ratingen eine engagierte Bauleitungspersönlichkeit im Tiefbau.

Zum weiteren Ausbau der Bauabwicklung suchen wir dementsprechend eine*n

Bauleiter Tiefbau (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Leitung von Tiefbauprojekten im Raum Ratingen und Umgebung
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Baustellen im Bereich Kanal-, Straßen- und Leitungsbau
  • Einsatzplanung von Personal, Maschinen und Nachunternehmern
  • Steuerung der Baustellen unter wirtschaftlichen, qualitativen und sicherheitstechnischen Gesichtspunkten
  • Verantwortung für Bauzeitenpläne, Materialabrufe und Leistungskontrolle
  • Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Ingenieurbüros und Behörden
  • Teilnahme an Jour-fixe-Terminen und Baubesprechungen
  • Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Unterstützung im Nachtragsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und sauberen Baudokumentation
  • Führung von Polieren und Baustellenteams mit klarer Kommunikation und hoher Verbindlichkeit

Qualifikationen & Erfahrung:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung im Tiefbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse der VOB sowie solides kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Baustellen mittlerer Größe
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit Kalkulations- oder Bau-Software ist von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B
