Zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort Herford suchen wir Dich als Senior Bauleiter Rohrleitungsbau (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung komplexer Rohrleitungsbauprojekte
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die technische, wirtschaftliche und terminliche Projektabwicklung
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Bauleitern, Polieren und Baustellenteams
  • Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten sowie internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Verantwortung für Kosten-, Budget- und Ressourcenplanung sowie das Projektcontrolling
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Aufmaßen, Nachträgen und Abrechnungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Behörden, Versorgungsunternehmen und Ingenieurbüros
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, beispielsweise als Meister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung von Projekten im Rohrleitungs-, Tief- oder Versorgungsleitungsbau
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams und der Steuerung komplexer Bauvorhaben
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Führungskompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise bauspezifischer Software
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
