Unser Ziel: Menschen, Unternehmen, Kommunen, Communities und regionale Angebote über ein intelligentes digitales Ökosystem miteinander verbinden.

Die erste Säule entsteht bereits:

Unsere Self-Matching-Plattform geht aktuell Richtung MVP-Fertigstellung im Oktober 2026.

Darauf soll Schritt für Schritt das technologische Fundament von RegioHero 360° entstehen:

KI-gestütztes Matching

datenbasierte Services für Unternehmen und Regionen

eine modulare Architektur, die sich Region für Region skalieren lässt

Dafür suche ich keinen klassischen Entwickler.

Ich suche eine CTO-Gründerpersönlichkeit.

Jemanden, der nicht nur Tickets abarbeitet, sondern fragt:

Wie bauen wir daraus ein skalierbares Produkt?

Welche Prozesse können Agents übernehmen?

Wie muss die Architektur aussehen, damit aus einem MVP ein Ökosystem wird?

Und wo schaffen wir Technologie, die uns einen echten Vorsprung gibt?

Du solltest Lust haben auf:

  • Plattform- und Produktentwicklung
  • AI Agents, LLMs und intelligente Automatisierung
  • Matching-Logiken und datengetriebene Prozesse
  • API-first Architekturen
  • skalierbare, modulare Systeme
  • schnelle MVP-Entwicklung und Iteration
  • technische Produktstrategie
  • DSGVO-konforme und belastbare Infrastruktur
  • und darauf, selbst noch richtig hands-on zu bauen

Denn:

Hier wartet keine fertige Tech-Organisation auf dich.

Du sollst sie mit aufbauen.

Das Modell:

Sweat Equity gegen echte Unternehmensanteile.

Du investierst zunächst Know-how, Zeit, Technologieverständnis und unternehmerische Energie – und wirst dafür Mit-Gesellschafter.

Eine entsprechende Geschäftsführervergütung folgt mit Finanzierung beziehungsweise tragfähiger wirtschaftlicher Basis.

Das ist kein Modell für jemanden, der vor allem das nächste sichere CTO-Gehalt sucht.

Es ist für jemanden, der irgendwann sagen möchte:

Diese Plattform habe ich nicht nur entwickelt. Ich habe dieses Unternehmen mit aufgebaut.

Aus einer Self-Matching-Plattform soll die technologische Infrastruktur eines skalierbaren 360°-Ökosystems für Städte, Kreise und Regionen entstehen.

Und wir stehen noch früh genug am Anfang, dass du Architektur, Produkt und technologische DNA entscheidend mitprägen kannst.
