Die Tech-Entwicklung läuft. Jetzt brauchen wir auf Business-Seite Verstärkung – und zwar nicht als klassischen Mitarbeiter.

Wir suchen einen Co-Founder / Mit-Gesellschafter (m/w/d), der Lust hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und RegioHero 360° gemeinsam mit uns in den Markt zu bringen.

Deine Mission

Go-to-Market aufbauen Marketing & Growth skalieren B2B-Sales entwickeln Unternehmen, Partner & Regionen gewinnen Aus einem MVP ein skalierbares Business machen

Du entwickelst nicht nur Strategien.

Du setzt sie um.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Erfahrung in Sales, Marketing, Growth oder Business Development
  • gutes Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle und Plattformen
  • Erfahrung im deutschen B2B-Markt
  • Gespür dafür, wie Unternehmen entscheiden und kaufen
  • ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • unternehmerisches Denken statt Abteilungsdenken
  • fließendes Deutsch und Englisch

Start-up-, SaaS- oder Plattform-Erfahrung? Sehr gerne.

Aber wichtiger ist uns:
