Projektleiter / Projektmanager Hochbau (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektsteuerung und Projektleitung schlüsselfertiger Hochbauprojekte
  • Steuerung von Projektentwicklung, Planung und Realisierung
  • Verantwortung für technische, terminliche und wirtschaftliche Projektziele
  • Betreuung anspruchsvoller Neu- und Umbauprojekte
  • Koordination von Auftraggebern, Behörden, Planern und ausführenden Unternehmen
  • Qualitäts-, Ablauf- und Terminkontrolle der Bauprozesse
  • Objektüberwachung, Bauorganisation und bei Bedarf Bauleitung
  • Nachtragsmanagement, Rechnungsprüfung und Leistungskontrolle

Die Projekte bewegen sich insbesondere in den Bereichen Medizin & Pflege, Schule & Bildung, Büro & Gewerbe sowie Wohnen & Soziales.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Projektmanagement oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare bautechnische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektsteuerung
  • Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI, AHO und Kalkulation sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Ausschreibungs- und Terminplanungssoftware
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, engagierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
