Für unseren Kunden, ein traditionsreiches mittelständisches Bauunternehmen aus dem bergischen Land, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Tief- oder Straßenbauer (m/w/d), der sein Handwerk versteht, gerne anpackt und Wert auf einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem eingespielten Team legt.

Das Unternehmen ist seit 1932 am Markt und heute im Hoch-, Tief- und Straßenbau tätig. Rund 60 Mitarbeitende realisieren Projekte für öffentliche Auftraggeber sowie Privat- und Geschäftskunden im regionalen und überregionalen Umfeld.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir dementsprechend eine*n

Tief- oder Straßenbauer (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

Bei dir geht es nicht um Theorie, sondern um sichtbare Ergebnisse. Du bist unter anderem verantwortlich für:

  • Durchführung von Asphaltreparaturen und Gehwegreparaturen
  • Unterhaltung und Instandsetzung von Wirtschaftswegen
  • Wartung, Pflege und Reparatur von Straßenverkehrsanlagen und Einrichtungen
  • Sicheres Führen und Bedienen von betrieblichen Fahrzeugen, Geräten und Baumaschinen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglich anfallenden Arbeiten im Tief- und Straßenbau
  • Zuverlässige und fachgerechte Umsetzung der übertragenen Arbeiten

Das bringst du mit:

Entscheidend ist für uns nicht der perfekte Lebenslauf, sondern dass du dein Handwerk beherrschst und dich auf dein Team verlassen kannst – und dein Team auf dich.

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Straßenbauer (m/w/d) oder eine entsprechende Qualifikation im Tief- bzw. Straßenbau
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Baumaschinen
  • Einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine sichere Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Lust darauf, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen
