Project Coordination & Supervision

  • Lead and supervise maintenance or repair work performed by internal technicians, contractors, or OEMs, ensuring work is done according to schedule and specification.
  • Collaborate with planners to evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance program, including tracking planned vs. actual activities and backlogs.

Team Development & Training

  • Identify training needs and maintain a training matrix for team competency development.
  • Provide on-the-job training for technicians to improve skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Verify technician-prepared maintenance checklists and support performance evaluations (e.g., PMDS).

Other Responsibilities

  • Support warranty claim documentation and technical reporting when needed.
  • Take on additional tasks or assignments as directed by management to achieve department objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficient in conducting root cause analysis, reporting, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong initiative, accountability, and communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
