Hiring: Business Development Consultant Digital Marketing

Location: Bandar Sunway, Malaysia

Were looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join a growing digital agency team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in B2B sales, understands the digital marketing landscape, and loves working with clients to drive business impact.

What Youll Do

Identify and engage new business leads via networking, outreach, events, and online platforms

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets

Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions (digital ads, web development, content, etc.)

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Build lasting relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and platform changes

Report sales performance and forecasts to management

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (digital/tech industry preferred)

Strong grasp of digital marketing solutions like SEO/SEM, PPC, web development, and content strategy

Familiarity with platforms like Alibaba is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Fluent in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients

Self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
