About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive or Associate Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This client-facing role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, with strong sales experience and the drive to make a real impact in the fight against cancer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts, including screening centres, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals..
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, including service agreement discussions and ongoing support.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Conduct on-site and door-to-door sales visits to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communicate progress on sales initiatives clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and resolve issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a Science-related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Science) or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a sales or account management role within healthcare, diagnostics, oncology, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Candidates with a strong sales drive but less experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • A network of contacts in screening centres, medical facilities, hospitals, or oncology fields is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
