What you will do:

Develop and execute integration strategies and plans to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives. Lead and manage cross-functional integration teams, including product, IT, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient integration of businesses. Define and track integration project timeliness and milestones, identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation plans. Establish and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders, including acquired business leadership teams, to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the integration process. Develop and implement standardized integration processes and tools, including due diligence checklists, integration playbooks, and post integration plans. Identify and prioritize integration risks and issues and develop plans to address and mitigate them. Develop and manage integration budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets. Conduct post-integration reviews to assess the effectiveness of integration efforts and identify opportunities for improvement. Capable of supporting process build out to support the most dynamic customers in the world.

What you will need:

Min. 10 years of experience in IT or Product Integration, with a track record of successfully leading and managing integration efforts, preferably in the fintech industries-crypto, stock and forex. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate it both verbally and in writing. Fluent in English is a must. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets. Seniority Level Director
