Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Comercial para atuar na liderança da área comercial, impulsionando o crescimento da empresa por meio da prospecção de novos clientes, expansão da carteira existente e desenvolvimento de estratégias comerciais voltadas ao mercado de Cibersegurança e Segurança da Informação.

O profissional será responsável por coordenar a operação comercial, acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, apoiar negociações estratégicas e garantir o atingimento das metas de vendas, atuando como elo entre as áreas de negócios, marketing e operações.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar e desenvolver a equipe comercial.
  • Definir estratégias para geração de demanda e crescimento de receita.
  • Estruturar processos comerciais e garantir a utilização adequada do CRM.
  • Realizar reuniões com clientes estratégicos e apoiar negociações complexas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mercado e novas frentes de negócios.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e participação em processos de RFP/RFQ.
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com parceiros e fabricantes do mercado de tecnologia e segurança.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes técnicas para construção de soluções aderentes às necessidades dos clientes.
  • Monitorar metas, resultados e desempenho da equipe comercial.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Marketing, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em coordenação ou liderança de equipes comerciais.
  • Vivência com vendas consultivas B2B.
  • Conhecimento em funil de vendas, CRM e gestão de indicadores.
  • Excelente comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Disponibilidade para reuniões presenciais e visitas a clientes.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no segmento de Segurança da Informação, Cibersegurança, MSSP, Infraestrutura de TI ou Serviços Gerenciados.
  • Certificações comerciais ou de vendas.
  • Conhecimento em soluções como:
