Buscamos uma pessoa Desenvolvedora ServiceNow ITOM para atuar na evolução e operação dos processos de monitoramento, gestão de eventos e incidentes. O profissional será responsável por integrar ferramentas de observabilidade ao ServiceNow, CMDB e New Relic, contribuindo para elevar a disponibilidade, a confiabilidade e a eficiência operacional dos serviços de TI.

Principais responsabilidades

Configurar, evoluir e sustentar processos de Event Management, monitoramento e gestão de incidentes no ServiceNow. Integrar ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento ao ServiceNow, CMDB e New Relic. Implementar regras de correlação, deduplicação, priorização e enriquecimento de eventos. Automatizar o ciclo de vida de incidentes a partir de alertas e eventos. Reduzir falsos positivos, alertas redundantes e ruídos operacionais. Desenvolver dashboards, relatórios e indicadores operacionais, incluindo MTTA e MTTR. Apoiar a melhoria contínua dos processos de observabilidade, gestão de eventos e incidentes. Garantir a qualidade das integrações, dados de CMDB e fluxos de automação. Trabalhar em parceria com times de infraestrutura, operações, SRE, desenvolvimento e suporte.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Experiência com a plataforma ServiceNow, especialmente nos módulos:Incident Management; Event Management; CMDB; ITOM. Conhecimento em integração de ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade por:APIs REST; Webhooks; Conectores. Experiência ou conhecimento em New Relic. Conhecimentos em observabilidade, monitoramento e gestão de eventos. Domínio de conceitos e práticas de ITIL. Conhecimento em integrações baseadas em REST e JSON. Experiência com automação de processos e fluxos operacionais. Capacidade de analisar eventos, incidentes e métricas para propor melhorias operacionais.
