Estamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro de Software, para atuar em grande banco. Oportunidade hibrida, com disponibilidade de atuação 3x por semana em Interlagos.

Desenvolvedor(a) Sênior com sólida experiência em Engenharia de Software e interesse em atuar com novas abordagens de desenvolvimento apoiadas por Inteligência Artificial, especialmente Spec-Driven Development (SDD) e AI-Assisted Engineering. O profissional será responsável por transformar requisitos de negócio em especificações técnicas estruturadas, apoiar decisões de arquitetura e desenvolver soluções escaláveis, seguras e de alta qualidade, utilizando ferramentas como GitHub Spec Kit, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code ou equivalentes. Requisitos: Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software em nível Sênior. Domínio de pelo menos uma linguagem moderna, como Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET ou equivalente. Experiência com APIs, microsserviços, Git e CI/CD. Conhecimento de arquitetura de software, SOLID, Clean Code e boas práticas de desenvolvimento. Experiência com testes automatizados e práticas de qualidade de software. Conhecimento de Spec-Driven Development – SDD. Conhecimento ou experiência com GitHub Spec Kit ou abordagem equivalente. Experiência com ferramentas de desenvolvimento apoiadas por IA. Capacidade de avaliar criticamente código e soluções geradas por Inteligência Artificial. Experiência com AI Coding Agents e fluxos de desenvolvimento agentic. Conhecimento de Prompt Engineering e Context Engineering aplicados à Engenharia de Software. Conhecimento de MCP – Mod. Principais responsabilidades: Desenvolver aplicações, APIs, microsserviços e integrações utilizando boas práticas de Engenharia de Software. Aplicar práticas de Spec-Driven Development, garantindo clareza entre requisitos, especificações, implementação e testes. Estruturar especificações funcionais e técnicas, critérios de aceite e requisitos não funcionais. Utilizar ferramentas de IA para apoiar geração, revisão, refatoração, documentação e testes.
