Buscamos um(a) Analista de Compras Sênior para liderar a área de aquisições, equilibrando custo, qualidade e prazo em cada decisão. Você vai ser o elo estratégico entre a SEGIMOB e seus fornecedores, com autonomia para propor melhorias, negociar contratos relevantes e ver o resultado do seu trabalho refletido diretamente na eficiência da empresa.

O que você vai fazer

  • Desenhar e executar estratégias de compras alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio, com foco em redução de custos e ganho de eficiência
  • Prospectar, avaliar e homologar fornecedores, olhando para qualidade, prazo e competitividade
  • Negociar contratos e condições comerciais, acompanhando reajustes e renovações
  • Acompanhar indicadores da área (saving, prazo médio de compra, SLA interno, performance de fornecedores) e reportar à gestão
  • Direcionar e apoiar no desenvolvimento da equipe de compras, disseminando boas práticas do setor
  • Atuar como ponte entre Compras e as áreas Financeiro, Operações e demais àreas, garantindo que as aquisições acompanhem o ritmo do negócio.

O que buscamos

  • Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Economia ou áreas relacionadas
  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em Compras/Suprimentos, com diferencial para quem já negociou contratos complexos ou atuou no setor imobiliário/empresas de médio/grande porte
  • Perfil analítico, com domínio de planilhas, análise de custos e elaboração de relatórios
  • Boa capacidade de negociação e comunicação, tanto com fornecedores quanto com áreas internas
  • Organização, atenção a prazos e conhecimento em contratos e processos administrativos
