Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Owner com forte visão analítica, boa capacidade de priorização e disposição para assumir desafios estratégicos

Aqui, você terá espaço para tomar decisões, propor caminhos e conduzir iniciativas de ponta a ponta.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Definir e comunicar a visão, estratégia e objetivos do produto.
  • Gerenciar, priorizar e manter atualizado o backlog do produto, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia da empresa.
  • Escrever e detalhar histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite e requisitos funcionais.
  • Traduzir necessidades do negócio e dos clientes em funcionalidades claras para o time de desenvolvimento.
  • Priorizar demandas considerando impacto para o cliente, retorno financeiro, esforço de desenvolvimento e objetivos estratégicos.Conduzir refinamentos de backlog, planejamento de sprints, revisões e cerimônias ágeis.
  • Apoiar o time de desenvolvimento durante a execução das sprints, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre requisitos e regras de negócio.
  • Validar entregas antes da disponibilização em produção, garantindo aderência aos critérios definidos.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho do produto (KPIs), utilização, adoção e satisfação dos usuários.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua por meio da análise de dados, feedbacks de clientes e tendências de mercado.
  • Apoiar a definição de roadmap do produto, equilibrando demandas estratégicas, técnicas e regulatórias.
  • Realizar pesquisas com clientes e stakeholders para compreender problemas, necessidades e oportunidades de inovação.
  • Garantir que o produto esteja em conformidade com requisitos legais, regulatórios e políticas internas, quando aplicável.
  • Acompanhar métricas de negócio como conversão, retenção, receita, rentabilidade e eficiência operacional, propondo iniciativas para maximizar resultados.
  • Atuar como principal ponto de contato entre negócio e tecnologia, promovendo alinhamento e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.
  • Apoiar o lançamento de novas funcionalidades, acompanhando resultados e propondo ajustes quando necessário.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Gestão de backlog e priorização de demandas.
  • Escrita de histórias de usuário e definição de critérios de aceite.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeisElaboração e acompanhamento de roadmaps de produto.
  • Capacidade de mapear e otimizar processos de negócio.
  • Análise de indicadores (KPIs) e métricas de produto.
  • Interpretação de dados para tomada de decisão.
  • Conhecimento em discovery e validação de hipóteses.
  • Familiaridade com UX/UI e princípios de experiência do usuário.
  • Conhecimento básico de arquitetura de sistemas, APIs e integrações.

Será um diferencial:

Vivência em ambientes ágeis, atuando com Scrum, Kanban ou outras metodologias.

Experiência na gestão de backlog, definição de prioridades e elaboração de histórias de usuário.
