Buscamos um profissional Analista de Salesforce Pleno para atuar na configuração, evolução e sustentação da plataforma, com foco no Service Cloud. Você será peça-chave para garantir que nossas áreas de atendimento e sucesso do cliente tenham processos eficientes, automatizados e bem suportados pela ferramenta, trabalhando em conjunto com times de Produto, Operações e Tecnologia.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Configurar, administrar e evoluir o Salesforce, com ênfase em Service Cloud (Cases, Filas, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, Omni-Channel e Console)
  • Levantar requisitos com as áreas de negócio, traduzindo demandas em soluções funcionais e técnicas
  • Criar e manter automações com Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules e Approval Processes
  • Desenvolver relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento de indicadores de atendimento
  • Gerenciar perfis, permission sets, papéis e regras de compartilhamento, garantindo segurança e governança dos dados
  • Realizar integrações e manter a qualidade da base (importação, deduplicação, limpeza de dados)
  • Dar suporte a usuários, tratar incidentes e conduzir treinamentos e documentação das melhorias entregues
  • Apoiar o processo de homologação, deploy e controle de mudanças entre ambientes (sandbox e produção)
  • Propor melhorias contínuas, avaliando novos recursos e releases da plataforma

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência com administração e/ou configuração de Salesforce
  • Vivência prática com Service Cloud (gestão de Cases, SLA, filas, Omni-Channel, Knowledge)
  • Domínio de Flow e automações declarativas
  • Experiência com relatórios, dashboards e gestão de segurança de acesso
  • Capacidade de levantar requisitos e documentar processos
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para dialogar com áreas de negócio e tecnologia

Diferenciais

  • Certificações Salesforce (Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder)
  • Conhecimento em Apex, SOQL e Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experiência com integrações via API (REST/SOAP) e ferramentas de middleware
  • Conhecimento de Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud ou Marketing Cloud
  • Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban/Clickup)
  • Experiência em operações de atendimento ao cliente ou sucesso do cliente
  • Inglês técnico para leitura de documentação
