Hoje, a empresa tem unidades localizadas nas cidades de Nova Iguaçu, Nilópolis e São João de Meriti e Campo Grande (RJ), atendendo toda baixada fluminense e zona oeste do Rio, com mais de 25 especialidades médicas e 3.000 diferentes tipos de exames complementares e laboratoriais. 💉

ESTAMOS À PROCURA DE ASSISTENTE DE ATENDIMENTO

Estamos em busca de Assistentes de Atendimento proativos e orientados a resultados. Você atuará em todas as fases do ciclo de vida do cliente, da prospecção à retenção. Se você se identifica com o desafio de garantir uma jornada de excelência, transformando interessados em clientes fiéis, queremos te conhecer.

O que você vai fazer

Atrair e vender

  • Atender e orientar clientes por telefone, WhatsApp e pessoalmente.
  • Procurar novos clientes de forma ativa e simpática, em ações externas e nas áreas próximas às unidades de trabalho.
  • Acompanhar o cliente desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento.
  • Mostrar aos clientes a importância de cuidar da saúde de forma contínua

Atender e manter o relacionamento

  • Agendar consultas e exames, ajudando a organizar as agendas (confirmar consultas, gerenciar cancelamentos e encaixes).
  • Manter todas as informações dos clientes atualizadas no sistema.
  • Entrar em contato com o cliente após o atendimento para saber se ele ficou satisfeito.
  • Comunicar aos clientes sobre novas promoções e serviços.

Competências que você precisa ter

  • Comunicação: Saber se comunicar de forma clara, para que os clientes se sintam bem recebidos e informados.
  • Habilidade de Vendas: Gostar de convencer as pessoas e ter facilidade para negociar e fechar negócios.
  • Foco no Cliente: Saber ouvir e ter empatia, se colocando no lugar do cliente para resolver problemas e superar as expectativas.
  • Proatividade: Ter iniciativa para identificar desafios e oportunidades, agindo rapidamente para buscar soluções.
  • Organização: Ser uma pessoa organizada e precisa, capaz de gerenciar várias tarefas ao mesmo tempo e seguir as rotinas diárias com rigor.
  • Vontade de Aprender: Ter interesse genuíno em ajudar e aprender, buscando sempre se aprimorar e conhecer mais sobre os serviços.
  • Trabalho em Equipe: Gostar de colaborar e se relacionar bem com as pessoas para garantir que tudo funcione de forma harmoniosa no dia a dia.
