O que buscamos ( competências)

  • Realizar Ligações ativas e receptivas para atendimento.
  • Oferecer Atendimento via WhatsApp, garantindo agilidade.
  • Efetuar Agendamentos, confirmações e reagendamentos de consultas, exames e procedimentos.
  • Fornecer Orçamentos detalhados dos serviços da clínica.
  • Auxiliar os clientes no Uso das plataformas digitais da clínica, oferecendo orientações para acesso à informação.
  • Fornecer informações gerais sobre a clínica e seus serviços, esclarecendo dúvidas e facilitando o entendimento.
  • Realizar solicitações de formulários e tickets de atendimento, garantindo resposta rápida e direcionamento ao setor responsável.

Objetivo é garantir um atendimento eficiente e personalizado, sempre buscando atender e superar as expectativas dos nossos clientes.

REQUISITOS NECESSÁRIOS

  • Cursando nível Téc. ou Superior em áreas administrativas, de saúde ou áreas correlatas; (mínimo de 6 meses de término de curso para estagiar)
  • Idade: Mínima de 18 anos
  • Boa comunicação assertiva, verbal e escrita;
  • Familiaridade com tecnologia, com atendimento via chats e por ligação (ambiente digital) é um diferencial;
  • Alta capacidade de aprendizagem;
  • Facilidade de boa escuta e equilíbrio emocional para tomada de decisão em solução para clientes.
