1. Gestão de Programas e Documentação

  • Controle de PCMSO: Auxiliar o médico do trabalho no controle dos exames (admissionais, periódicos, demissionais, mudança de função e retorno ao trabalho).
  • Gestão de Laudos e Programas: Organizar, gerenciar e acompanhar a validade de documentos como PGR (Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos), LTCAT, PPRA e PCMAT.
  • Emissão de Relatórios: Gerar relatórios estatísticos de saúde ocupacional, absenteísmo (índices de faltas) e acompanhamento do Atestado de Saúde Ocupacional (ASO).

2. Atendimento e Triagem Ocupacional

  • Recepção e Triagem: Orientar os trabalhadores que chegam à clínica sobre os procedimentos dos exames médicos e complementares (audiometria, acuidade visual, espirometria, laboratoriais, etc.).
  • Controle de Aptidão: Analisar e liberar os ASOs após a assinatura do médico coordenador, garantindo que o funcionário esteja apto para a função.

3. Suporte às Empresas Clientes (Assessoria Técnica)

  • Visitas Técnicas: Realizar visitas nas empresas contratantes para mapear riscos ambientais (físicos, químicos, biológicos e ergonômicos) e verificar in loco se as medidas recomendadas nos laudos estão sendo aplicadas.
  • Adequação de EPI e EPC: Avaliar a necessidade, orientar a correta entrega, treinamento e fiscalização do uso de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI) e Coletiva (EPC).
  • Investigação de Acidentes: Auxiliar as empresas na investigação de acidentes de trabalho e na correta emissão da CAT (Comunicação de Acidente de Trabalho).

4. Educação e Promoção da Saúde

  • Treinamentos e Integração: Ministrar ou preparar treinamentos de integração, DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança) e capacitações exigidas pelas NRs (ex: NR-5 para CIPA, NR-35, NR-20).
  • Campanhas de Saúde: Apoiar a elaboração de campanhas de conscientização (como SIPAT, vacinação, prevenção a doenças ocupacionais e ergonomia).
  • Gestão de Sistema Integrado: Utilizar sistemas de gestão de medicina e segurança do trabalho (como o Sistema SOC ou similares) para organizar agendas de exames e prontuários.
