The posting

Samen met de HR-verantwoordelijke vorm je een sterk tandem en krijg je een brede rol waarin hard en soft HR elkaar voortdurend afwisselen.

Je staat in voor:

HR & personeelsondersteuning

  • Verwerken van tijds- en activiteitenregistraties
  • Begeleiden van vaste en tijdelijke medewerkers vanaf het eerste sollicitatiegesprek tot onboarding
  • Ondersteunen van medewerkers tijdens hun verdere loopbaan binnen de organisatie
  • Meewerken aan interne HR-projecten en policies
  • Ondersteunen bij de actualisatie van het arbeidsreglement
  • Meewerken aan de herziening van mobiliteitsplannen
  • Ondersteunen bij het onderhoud van de bedrijfswebsite

Administratieve ondersteuning

  • Voorbereiden van dossiers
  • Opmaken van bestelbonnen
  • Voorbereiden van facturatie
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de afdelingen Engineering en Operations

Daarnaast neem je ook praktische en organisatorische taken op die niet altijd binnen het klassieke HR-kader vallen. Je springt vlot bij waar nodig, denkt mee en gaat nieuwe uitdagingen niet uit de weg. Ervaring met alles hebben is niet noodzakelijk; de motivatie om bij te leren des te meer.

Geen enkele week ziet er hetzelfde uit. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen, bewaart de rust wanneer plannen wijzigen en voelt je thuis in een omgeving die voortdurend in beweging is.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen HR
  • Open en duidelijke communicatiestijl
  • Proactieve en pragmatische ingesteldheid
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig
  • Je ziet werk, neemt initiatief en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Leergierig en flexibel in een veranderende omgeving
