Wij zijn op zoek naar meerdere collega’s in de regio Amsterdam.

Over de functie Wil jij graag zelfstandig werken en ervoor zorgen dat onze klanten elke dag over een lekkere kop koffie kunnen beschikken?

Als Hospitality Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen en beheren van de lobby markets binnen jouw eigen hotelportfolio. Je zorgt ervoor dat de markets er altijd representatief, schoon en goed gevuld uitzien, zodat hotelgasten op elk moment kunnen rekenen op een verzorgde en gastvrije winkelervaring.

Je werkt zelfstandig, bezoekt dagelijks verschillende hotels en onderhoudt goede contacten met hotelmedewerkers en gasten. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte instelling en oog voor detail draag je direct bij aan de uitstraling en kwaliteit van de hotels.

Wij zoeken een representatieve en zelfstandige collega die graag onderweg is en energie krijgt van klantcontact.

Jij bent:

  • Servicegericht en sociaal vaardig
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Representatief en verzorgd in uitstraling
  • Flexibel en praktisch ingesteld
  • Handig met online informatie en gebruik van elektronische hulpmiddelen

Functievereisten

  • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal
  • In bezit van een geldig B-rijbewijs
  • Bereid in weekenden te werken
  • Ervaring in hospitality, retail, service of horeca is een pré
  • Affiniteit met food & beverage en gastvrijheid
