The posting

Over de functie Als Supervisor Logistic Operator ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het logistieke proces. In deze rol ben je de spil van de operatie en het team en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit het aansturen van je eigen ploeg en het opstellen van een optimale werkplanning.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aanspreekpunt voor teamleiders van de productieafdelingen;
  • Zorg dragen voor orde en netheid op de logistieke afdeling;
  • Aansturen en ontwikkelen van de medewerkers in jouw ploeg;
  • Opstellen van een optimale werkplanning;
  • Rapporteren aan de logistiek manager.

Werken in een 3-ploegendienst, 5 dagen per week:

  • Ploeg 1: 06:00 tot 14:30 uur
  • Ploeg 2: 14:30 tot 23:00 uur
  • Ploeg 3: 23:00 tot 06:00 uur

Over jou

  • Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed;
  • Je hebt ervaring in de logistiek, bijvoorbeeld als logistiek medewerker, heftruckchauffeur of magazijnmedewerker en bij voorkeur als leidinggevende;
  • Je beschikt over goede leesvaardigheid, wat belangrijk is vanwege het werken met diverse artikelcodes;
  • Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werk en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
