Ben jij dé HR Officer die wij zoeken om ons team in Selecta Dordrecht te versterken? Als HR-officer ben jij een van de drie helden van onze afdeling, waarbij je een geweldige uitvoering van ons HR-beleid verzorgt. Je bent niet alleen een teamspeler, maar ook de ondersteunende kracht voor de HR collega's, teamleiders en medewerkers.

Wat jou onze HR Held maakt:

  • Jij houdt de HR-processen netjes op orde (in- door- uitstroom verlof en verzuim)
  • Jij verwerkt veranderingen soepel en werkt daarbij met ons personeelsinformatie systeem (AFAS).
  • Jij pakt actief data-analyse en optimalisatie op: je signaleert trends, analyseert HR-gegevens en vertaalt bevindingen naar verbeteringen in processen en rapportages in AFAS.
  • Je ondersteunt HR-collega’s en HR Business Partners met het opstellen en verbeteren van rapportages en dashboards (bijv. voor instroom, uitstroom, verlof- en verzuimdata), zodat de juiste informatie tijdig beschikbaar is.
  • Jij bent accuraat met de voorbereidingen voor de salarisadministratie (uitbesteed) en leert steeds meer over HR-processen en regels.
  • Jij draag bij aan projecten op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld Social Return, Hulp bij Schulden.
  • Je bent bereid te leren samen met de collega HR-officers en HR Business Partners.

Dit maakt jou de ideale kandidaat:

  • Je hebt al wat ervaring in HR of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt eerder met AFAS gewerkt of bereid dit te leren.
  • Ook het maken van rapportages en het kritisch bekijken/verbeteren van HR-data is jou niet onbekend.
  • Je kunt vragen vertalen naar bruikbare rapportages: je denkt logisch na over definities, datakwaliteit en de beste manier om data inzichtelijk te maken.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve skills: je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Teamplayer skills: je denkt mee en brengt die positieve energie in het team.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en staat open om te leren.
