Per il ruolo di Contract Manager cerchiamo una persona che operi come punto di raccordo tra esigenze di business, vincoli contrattuali e presidi di controllo, senza sovrapporsi alle responsabilità formali delle funzioni Legale & Compliance, bensì in modo organico e coordinato.

Responsabilità

  • Redazione, aggiornamento e validazione degli allegati contrattuali assegnati garantendo coerenza complessiva del contratto;
  • Pianificazione e monitoraggio delle scadenze contrattuali delle clausole e degli obblighi previsti;
  • Coordinamento delle attività tra le funzioni aziendali e il cliente per garantire la delivery e la corretta gestione delle variazioni contrattuali;
  • Riferimento per la funzione di controllo (Compliance, Risk Management ed Internal Audit) per tutte le attività operative e di supporto;
  • Gestire il processo di rinnovo contrattuale e la relativa nota tecnica.
  • Proporre e implementare processi specifici per la gestione delle componenti di servizio inclusi template, linee guida e modelli di riferimento da condividere con la funzione Organizzazione.
  • Archiviazione e aggiornamento della documentazione contrattuale.

Requisiti

  • Persone laureande o neolaureate in Giurisprudenza o Scienze Giuridiche, interessate a intraprendere un percorso professionale in ambito Contract Management;
  • Capacità di mediazione e gestione delle relazioni con clienti e stakeholder.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi sarà considerata un plus.

  • Contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi, CCNL del Credito
  • Salary range: 35.000 €. Il range retributivo indicato rappresenta il perimetro di riferimento della posizione.
