Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. rappresenta la banca del gruppo Sella specializzata nella gestione e amministrazione dei patrimoni della clientela privata e istituzionale.

All'interno dell'Area Finanza, Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. ricerca una persona che andrà a ricoprire il ruolo di Specialista Contabile. Le attività seguite saranno:

  • Contabilità analitica;
  • Quadrature e controlli contabili;
  • Gestione del libro giornale e degli altri libri contabili obbligatori;
  • Bilanci periodici trimestrali;
  • Bilancio annuale e Relazione sulla gestione;
  • Attività di reporting periodico su tematiche contabili e di bilancio;
  • Controlli e monitoraggi di fasi procedurali e output di dati;
  • Fasi di rendicontazione per il bilancio e controllo di gestione periodiche;
  • Attività di analisi e sviluppo di reportistica.

COMPETENZE RICHIESTE

  • Percorso di studio in discipline economico-finanziarie.
  • esperienza pregressa in ambito contabile;
  • conoscenza dei principi contabili internazionali IAS/IFRS e propensione alla contabilità, con relativa conoscenza della normativa di settore nonché della normativa di Banca d'Italia in merito al bilancio individuale bancario;
  • ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Access);
  • buona propensione agli schemi informatici di processo e ad un linguaggio organizzativo che consenta un proficuo dialogo con gli analisti di settore in ambito informatico;
  • gradita la conoscenza del linguaggio SQL e di programmi contabili per la gestione del ciclo passivo (es. Zucchetti) e per la gestione dei cespiti, anche in ottica IFRS 16;

  • precisione, puntualità, riservatezza, ottima capacità della gestione del tempo;
  • spiccate doti di analisi e di pianificazione, ottime capacità relazionali ed organizzative, attitudine all'autonomia operativa e al problem solving;
  • ottime qualità di comunicazione e di gestione delle relazioni interpersonali;
  • attitudine a lavorare in team con focus sull'obiettivo finale da raggiungere;
  • buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
  • buona conoscenze della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.

Cosa offriamo:

  • Contratto full time, a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Credito;
  • Salary range: RAL indicativa compresa tra 32.000 € e 38.000 €. Il range retributivo indicato rappresenta il perimetro di riferimento della posizione, in coerenza con le previsioni in materia di trasparenza retributiva.
  • Eligibility ai sistemi di incentivazione come da Politiche di Remunerazione tempo per tempo vigenti.
