Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. rappresenta la banca del gruppo Sella specializzata nella gestione e amministrazione dei patrimoni della clientela privata e istituzionale.

La presente ricerca è finalizzata al potenziamento dell’ufficio Supporto Operativo Antiriciclaggio, che all’interno della nostra Direzione Commerciale ha il compito di mantenere un adeguato livello di presidio sui rischi antiriciclaggio tramite l’esecuzione di attività di lavorazione e prevalutazione dei controlli di 1° livello in responsabilità alle succursali della banca.

Al fine di rafforzare l’organico del team siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con una specializzazione e attitudine alle attività in ambito Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Antifrode.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Eseguire i controlli di primo livello sulle transazioni e sulle anagrafiche clienti in ottica di prevenzione del riciclaggio (AML) e del finanziamento al terrorismo;
  • Monitorare e analizzare i flussi operativi per identificare tempestivamente pattern sospetti, anomalie o potenziali tentativi di frode;
  • Gestire e analizzare gli alert generati dai sistemi di monitoraggio aziendali, provvedendo all'eventuale escalation verso la funzione AML di secondo livello;
  • Verificare la correttezza della documentazione della clientela (KYC/CDD) in fase di onboarding e durante la revisione periodica.

In te cerchiamo:

  • Laurea in economia o equivalenti;
  • Costituisce requisito preferenziale l'aver maturato esperienza in ruoli analoghi presso istituti bancari, intermediari finanziari, con particolare riferimento ad attività di controlli di primo livello, AML operativo e presidio delle frodi;
  • Forte attitudine alla precisione, accuratezza nello svolgimento delle attività e capacità di lavorare rigorosamente nel rispetto delle scadenze e delle procedure;
  • Buona conoscenza della normativa AML vigente (D.Lgs. 231/2007 e successive modifiche);
  • Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel per l'analisi dei dati);
  • Capacità di problem solving, approccio analitico e riservatezza nella gestione di dati sensibili.

  • Contratto full time, a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Credito;
  • Salary range: RAL indicativa compresa tra 32.000 € e 38.000 €. Il range retributivo indicato rappresenta il perimetro di riferimento della posizione, in coerenza con le previsioni in materia di trasparenza retributiva.
  • Eligibility ai sistemi di incentivazione come da Politiche di Remunerazione tempo per tempo vigenti.
