  • Establish board-quality monthly reporting, including KPIs, budget-to-actual results, cash forecasts, risks and recommended actions.
  • Prepare the company for audits, quality-of-earnings reviews, institutional investment and a potential future transaction.
  • Own the company's financial strategy, reporting, and planning, serving as the primary financial advisor to the CEO.
  • Take full ownership of the billing function, identify gaps, build and enforce a proactive billing process, and ensure revenue is captured accurately and on time.
  • Oversee and optimize the QuickBooks and HubSpot integration to ensure clean data flow between sales and finance systems.
  • Lead cash flow management, forecasting, and monitoring to support business planning and operational decisions.
  • Support corporate structure planning in partnership with the CEO and external advisors.
  • Establish and enforce financial controls, workflows, and best practices across the organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align financial processes with business operations and growth objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build financial processes from scratch and create accountability in environments with existing gaps.

  • Strong financial-modeling and FP&A capabilities, including integrated projections and scenario analysis.
  • Proven expertise in cash flow management, financial planning, and strategic financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills; comfortable managing a distributed finance team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, you identify issues before they escalate and follow through to resolution.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, financial diligence or transaction integration.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
