Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking qualified individuals for immediate employment as Overnight Shift Caregivers. This role offers $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, providing an opportunity to make a positive impact by delivering exceptional care.

  • Responsibilities Provide compassionate, individualized care addressing each client’s unique needs. Assist clients with daily living activities such as mobility, medication reminders, and meal preparation. Maintain accurate care records and report changes in client condition promptly. Work collaboratively with family members, healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure continuous care.
  • Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license. Previous care-giving or related experience preferred. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor. Reliable and professional in a home-based care setting. Flexible availability for varying shift schedules.
