För att lyckas i din nya roll kommer anställningen inledas med en betald utbildning, du kommer få lära dig allt om företaget samt få utbildning inom kundhantering. Detta innebär att det inte finns krav på tidigare förkunskaper.

Om rollen och arbetsuppgifter

Som kundservicemedarbetare hos oss arbetar du tillsammans med dina kollegor och hjälper våra kunder.

Med hög servicekänsla svarar du på inkommande samtal, mejl, chat och sociala medier för att lösa kundens ärenden på bästa sätt. Du motiveras av att kunden ska få en positiv upplevelse av att kommunicera med just dig.

Som kundservicemedarbetare erbjuds du ett omväxlande och utmanade arbete med möjligheter att påverka den dagliga verksamheten. Det finns goda möjligheter att utvecklas inom Senzum.
