Asistir la ejecución de los procesos administrativos y operativos de Talento Humano relacionados con selección, capacitación, control documental, actualización de información y atención de requerimientos internos mediante la gestión de registros, bases de datos, documentación, reportes y herramientas informáticas para contribuir al cumplimiento oportuno de los procesos del área, garantizando la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y trazabilidad de la información.

Funciones:

  • Apoyar en los procesos de reclutamiento, selección y vinculación de personal a través de bases de candidatos, publicaciones y registros de seguimiento para contribuir a la cobertura oportuna de vacantes y necesidades organizacionales.
  • Participar de entrevistas con el cliente interno.
  • Asistir la ejecución de programas de capacitación, evaluación y desarrollo organizacional a través de cronogramas, convocatorias, registros y lineamientos internos para contribuir al cumplimiento de los planes establecidos por el área.
  • Gestionar el proceso de contratación y desvinculación del personal.
  • Registrar la información de novedades laborales en el tareo mensual para el cierre de planilla.
  • Consolidar Información requerida para reportes e indicadores del área mediante matrices de control, registros y bases de datos institucionales.
  • Actualizar las matrices, reportes y controles administrativos del área utilizando herramientas informáticas, bases de datos y registros internos para facilitar el seguimiento de los procesos de Talento Humano.
  • Archivar la documentación física y digital generada en los procesos de Talento Humano mediante carpetas, repositorios documentales y lineamientos internos para garantizar disponibilidad, trazabilidad y resguardo de la documentación.
  • Colaborar en la organización de reuniones, capacitaciones y actividades administrativas del área por medio de agendas, convocatorias y cronogramas establecidos para apoyar el cumplimiento de la planificación de Talento Humano.
  • Realizar otras funciones o actividades que el área requiera por estrategia del negocio.

Requisitos

  • Profesional Egresado o Bachiller de la carrera de Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Minimo 2 años de experiencia comprobada en el área de Talento Humano para proyectos mineros e industriales, en empresas del rubro de Oil & Gas, Minería,Ingeniería o Construcción.
  • Especialización en Recursos Humanos (deseable).
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office Intermedio (Indispensable)
  • Power BI Intermedio (Deseable)
  • SAP Basico (deseable)
  • Ingles Intermedio (Deseable)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes en San Isidro.
