Descripción del puesto

Coordinar la ejecución de las operaciones a partir del programa operativo de pesca y molienda con el objeto de cumplir los requerimientos del cliente dentro de la línea de negocio.

  • Coordinar diseño y fabricación de herramientas de pesca con soporte del área de Producción en cualquiera de sus plantas con el objetivo de reparar y rediseñar las herramientas en existencia y crear nuevas
  • Desarrollar el programa de pesca, simulaciones o modificaciones respectivas y diseños de BHA con la ayuda del software especializado (TAD PRO - JAR PLACEMENT) para garantizar la eficacia y eficiencia del servicio solicitado
  • Coordinar la selección de herramientas de acuerdo a la necesidad establecida para el trabajo utilizando las órdenes de despacho interna de modo que permita cumplir con la necesidades del área para se proceda con los resportes de inspección, guías de traslado.
  • Regular los procesos y procedimientos de la línea de pesca recurriendo a la normativa interna y estándares de la industria petrolera con el fin de establecer los mínimos aceptables de calidad cumpliendo los principios y normalizar la ejecución de las operaciones de pesca.
  • Proponer proyectos, ideas innovadoras relacionadas a la línea de pesca por medio reuniones, correos dirigidos a los supervisores de Herramientas y Servicioscon el fin de ampliar mercado y optimizar gastos

Requisitos

  • Título de tercer nivel en Ingeniería en Petróleos, Ingeniería Mecánica o carreras afines.
  • Deseable especialización o certificaciones relacionadas con Operaciones de Pesca (Fishing Tools), Completación y Workover.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en operaciones de pesca y molienda en la industria petrolera.
  • Mínimo 2 años desempeñando cargos de coordinación, supervisión o liderazgo de equipos técnicos.
  • Conocimiento en diseño y análisis de BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) para operaciones de pesca.
