Funciones:

  • Analizar y revisar ingenierías y términos de referencia de los diferentes elementos a cotizar
  • Elaborar los presupuestos de las invitaciones a cotizar para nuevos proyectos.
  • Interpretar planos, documentos técnicos y alcances de ingeniería.
  • Solicitar cotizaciones a proveedores para actualización de costos de construcción y servicios.
  • Elaborar la documentación técnica requerida de las diferentes ofertas.
  • Realizar seguimiento a las órdenes de trabajo emitidas por los diferentes clientes.
  • Realizar la documentación técnica de las ofertas
  • Elaborar reportes diarios de obra, para controlar el avance físico de los proyectos.
  • Emitir alertas respecto a los desvios en costo y en tiempo para la toma de acciones preventivas y correctivas tanto para el área técnica como para el área administrativa.
  • Determinar el rendimiento de los rubros en base al volumen de obra.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento del presupuesto zero (tener la gente y los equipos presupuestado)

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería de Ejecución, Constructor Civil o carreras afines al área de construcción o proyectos.
  • Entre más de 7 años de experiencia comprobada en estimación de costos para proyectos mineros e industriales, en empresas consultoras de ingeniería o de construcción.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de precios de construcción y capacidad para construir precios unitarios de actividades constructivas.
  • Manejo avanzado de los elementos de un estimado de costos: costos directos, costos indirectos de proyecto, allowances, growth, costos de mina, costos del dueño, contingencias, escalamiento, entre otros.
  • Conocimiento de los distintos tipos de estimados de la industria de ingeniería, sus elementos principales, restricciones, supuestos y alcances
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes en San Isidro.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
