1、设计和开发面向游戏研发的 AI Agent 与游戏引擎，覆盖玩法实现、系统开发、场景搭建、资源接入与调试测试等环节，提升游戏开发效率； 2、搭建 Agent 与游戏引擎、编辑器及开发工具之间的交互能力，让 Agent 能够理解项目、修改代码、操作编辑器，并完成运行验证； 3、根据策划方案完成玩法原型与游戏功能开发，梳理真实项目中的实现步骤、技术约束和常见问题，将开发经验转化为可复用的工具与自动化流程； 4、协同游戏策划、产品、算法团队，从功能正确性、玩法还原度、运行稳定性与代码质量等维度验证和优化 Agent 的产出，提升开发任务的完成率与交付质量。

1、游戏开发经验：具备实际游戏开发能力和完整游戏项目经历，熟悉从需求拆解、玩法原型、功能开发、资源整合到调试优化、打包发布的完整流程，能够根据策划方案独立完成可玩原型与游戏功能开发； 2、引擎与编程能力：熟悉 Unity、Unreal Engine、Godot 等至少一种游戏引擎，熟练掌握 Python、C#、C++、TypeScript 中至少一种语言，理解游戏项目的代码结构、资源管理与运行机制； 3、工程与协作能力：具备良好的系统设计、工具开发、问题排查与性能优化能力；能够理解策划意图、评估实现方案，并在开发过程中及时反馈技术约束与体验问题； 4、AI 能力要求：熟悉 AI 编程工具及 vibe coding，能够判断和验证生成代码的正确性与可维护性，主动探索 AI 在游戏开发中的应用； 5、其他加分项：有独立游戏开发及上线经历；有游戏引擎插件、编辑器扩展、自动化测试或开发工具建设经验；有相关开源项目经验，对游戏研发流程中的效率瓶颈与优化方向有自身的独立认知。
