1、游戏策划经验：具备实际游戏策划经验，参与过从玩法构思、方案设计、原型验证到开发落地的完整过程，能够独立推进核心玩法或游戏系统的设计与迭代； 2、游戏设计能力：掌握核心玩法与系统设计的基本方法，理解关卡设计，能够将游戏创意转化为明确的规则与交互流程，并通过试玩和反馈判断、改进玩家体验； 3、需求表达与协作能力：熟悉游戏开发流程，能够编写清晰的策划文档、流程图与功能说明；理解常见开发约束，能够结合实现成本与技术反馈调整方案，推动需求落地； 4、AI 能力要求：熟悉 AI 工具，能够用于创意探索、方案整理、内容生成或原型验证，主动探索 AI 在游戏策划中的应用，并判断和改进生成结果； 5、其他加分项：有独立游戏、Game Jam 或从零到一的游戏项目经历；熟悉 Unity、Unreal Engine、Godot 等游戏引擎，具备使用编辑器、蓝图或脚本制作原型的能力；有丰富的游戏体验与分析积累，对玩法设计有自身的独立认知。
