团队介绍 我们聚焦面向具身智能的世界模型，围绕 WAM（World Action Model）预训练、agentic robot 等方向，把世界模型从 "理解世界"、"预测世界" 推向 "在世界里决策"。团队拥有海量视频、ego、umi 和真机数据、充足算力和成熟配套 infra，既有前沿探索，也围绕主线模型大力 scale up，持续探索智能的上限。

职位描述 1、负责世界模型（WAM / VLM 等）在机器人真机上的部署落地，在端侧算力受限条件下解决延迟、显存、功耗与稳定性问题，打通从模型到真机决策的完整链路； 2、负责边缘计算平台（R6000 5090等）上的模型推理优化：算子优化、量化、TensorRT 引擎调优、多模型并发调度，压榨端侧算力上限； 3、负责真机推理链路的工程化建设：基于 ROS / ROS2 的模型推理节点、传感器（相机 / 激光雷达 / IMU 等）数据接入与同步、推理 - 决策 - 控制的端到端时延优化； 4、负责真机硬件联调与问题定位：与硬件、运控团队协作排查通信（以太网 / CAN / 串口）、驱动、供电、散热等硬件层问题对模型运行的影响，建立真机部署的标准化流程； 5、建设真机评测与回归体系：自动化真机测试、遥测数据采集、运行状态监控与安全回退机制，保障模型版本在真机上快速、安全迭代； 6、负责云端推理服务的部署与运维，支撑大规模仿真评测与数据回流，弥合仿真与真机的 deployment gap； 7、与算法团队紧密协作，将真机硬件约束前置到模型设计、训练与导出环节，参与模型结构的部署可行性评估。

1、计算机、电子、自动化、机器人等相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上机器人 / 嵌入式 / 模型部署相关经验； 2、扎实的工程能力，熟练掌握 C++ / Python，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，有 ROS / ROS2 实际项目经验； 3、熟悉边缘端推理部署工具链（TensorRT、ONNX Runtime 等），有 Jetson 等边缘平台上的实际模型优化与落地经验； 4、熟悉机器人系统常用通信与数据链路（ROS topic /service、以太网、CAN 总线、串口等），具备真机联调与底层问题定位能力； 5、了解 Transformer / DiT 等主流模型架构的推理特点，对显存管理、算子融合、INT8 / FP8 量化等端侧优化手段有实践认知； 6、具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能与算法、硬件、运控同学用同一套语言讨论问题，动手能力强，接受高频次的真机现场调试。 7、加分项： 有足式 / 轮式 / 机械臂等机器人整机量产或准量产项目的部署经验； 有 VLA / 世界模型 / 多模态大模型在真机上的部署实战经历； 有机器人安全机制（急停回退、故障检测与降级）设计经验； 在推理框架、CUDA 算子、机器人中间件等相关开源项目有实质贡献。
