1、负责音乐类音频样本的 Caption 标注工作，基于音频内容撰写精准、规范、高质量的文本描述，支撑 AI 大模型训练； 2、聆听音频，识别乐曲曲风、配器乐器、编曲结构、混音特征、声场信息、响度、单声道 / 立体声属性、音质特点等内容，输出准确 Caption描述； 3、按照标注规范修正描述偏差，保证标注一致性、准确性，跟进标注质检反馈并迭代优化标注内容； 4、配合项目要求把控标注产能，同步反馈音频样本问题、标注规则优化建议。

1、作曲、电子音乐制作、录音艺术、音乐工程等相关专业背景，具备编曲、混音实操经验； 2、熟悉各类音乐风格，广泛了解常见乐器音色与演奏特征； 3、扎实掌握音频基础概念，熟悉音质评判、响度、单声道、立体声、声场等音频相关知识（熟悉Dolby Atmos优先）； 4、具备良好文字表达能力，描述逻辑清晰、用词专业准确； 5、工作细心踏实，有责任心，执行力强，能够严格遵守标注规范，有音频标注、音频审听、音乐评测相关经验优先； 6、能够稳定投入标注工作，理解 AI 数据集标注对内容质量的要求。 7、加分项：有 Suno、Udio 等音乐生成使用经验，以及各种AI Agent提效工具使用经验优先。
