一、岗位定位 我们正在寻找一位资深 SRE 工程师，负责跨境电商核心业务系统的稳定性保障与成本治理，主导公司多云 / 混合云多活架构的规划与落地。你将深度参与平台工程建设，推动基础设施即代码、自动化运维、容器化与云原生体系在真实业务场景中的规模化应用，并通过智能运维手段持续提升系统的可用性、弹性与成本效率。

二、岗位职责 1. 稳定性保障 - 负责跨境电商核心链路（交易、支付、物流、库存等）的系统稳定性保障，制定并落实 SLA / SLO 体系； - 主导容灾演练常态化建设，包括同城双活、两地三中心等高可用架构的设计、演练与持续验证； - 建立故障应急响应机制，对重大故障进行根因分析（RCA），推动问题闭环与预案沉淀。

2. 多云 / 多活架构 - 主导公司多云、混合云架构的规划与演进，统筹跨云厂商的资源调度与容灾切换能力建设； - 面向跨境电商业务的多地域部署特点，设计并优化就近接入、跨区域容灾与流量调度方案。

3. 平台工程与自动化 - 推动基础设施即代码（IaC）体系建设，提升环境交付与变更管理的标准化、自动化水平； - 建设和优化容器化 / 云原生技术栈（Kubernetes 等），完善集群管理能力，提升资源利用率； - 设计并落地弹性伸缩策略，支撑业务大促、流量高峰等场景下的稳定支撑。

4. 成本治理 - 建立云资源成本可视化与度量体系，主导降本增效专项，持续优化云资源采购与使用效率； - 推动资源利用率提升、闲置资源治理、多云比价与采购策略优化，实现成本管控目标可量化。

5. 智能运维 - 推动 AIOps 体系建设，提升监控告警的精准度与故障预测、根因定位的自动化程度； - 沉淀运维知识库与自动化处置能力，降低人工介入成本，提升 MTTR（平均恢复时长）指标。

必须具备 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业； - 5 年及以上 SRE / 运维开发 / 基础架构相关工作经验，有大规模生产系统稳定性保障经验； - 熟悉至少一种主流公有云平台（AWS / Azure / GCP / 阿里云等），具备多云架构设计与落地经验者优先； - 精通容器化与云原生技术栈，具备 Kubernetes 集群规模化管理经验； - 熟练使用基础设施即代码工具（如 Terraform、Ansible 等）及 CI/CD 自动化体系； - 具备容灾架构（同城双活、两地三中心等）的设计、实施与演练实战经验； - 具备成本治理 / FinOps 相关经验，有实际降本成果者优先； - 具备 AIOps、智能告警、故障根因分析相关项目经验者优先； - 有跨境电商、高并发交易系统背景者优先； - 良好的沟通协作能力，能够推动跨团队技术方案落地；具备较强的应急响应与压力下决策能力。
